2. Orders & Payments
Live Crawfish Orders
Live crawfish orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering to be confirmed.
All live crawfish are a perishable product, and availability may vary weekly.
Orders are confirmed only after payment is successfully processed.
Catering & Events
Catering and private event bookings typically require a deposit to secure the date.
Remaining balances, payment schedules, and event-specific terms are communicated during consultation.
Dates are not guaranteed until payment is received.
Wholesale Orders
Wholesale pricing, quantities, and payment terms are determined during consultation.
Trial orders, recurring supply, and delivery arrangements are subject to approval and availability.
ATX Orleans reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
3. Refunds, Cancellations & Changes
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
In general:
Live crawfish orders cancelled within the cutoff window are non-refundable.
Catering and event cancellations may be subject to deposit forfeiture.
In the event ATX Orleans cannot fulfill an order due to supply or operational issues, a refund or credit will be issued.

By attending an ATX Orleans event or pop-up, you acknowledge that:
Crawfish boils and food service may involve hot equipment, sharp tools, outdoor conditions, and crowded environments.
You assume all risks associated with attending events, consuming food, and participating in related activities.
ATX Orleans is not responsible for personal injury, allergic reactions, lost items, or damages unless required by law.
5. Food Allergies & Dietary Considerations
Our food may contain or come into contact with allergens including shellfish, dairy, wheat, and spices.
