Live Crawfish Order Policy Live crawfish are a perishable, market-priced product. Availability and sizing can vary weekly based on supply and conditions. Payment & Confirmation • All live crawfish orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering • Orders are confirmed once payment is received Cutoff Time • Orders must be placed no later than 24 hours before pickup or delivery • Changes or cancellations requested before the cutoff time may be eligible for a refund or credit at our discretion No-Refund Window • Orders cancelled within 24 hours of pickup or delivery are non-refundable • This includes no-shows and last-minute cancellations Supply Issues • In the rare event we cannot fulfill your order due to supply issues, you will receive a full refund or credit By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
